FAQ

Please allow up to 7 working days for order processing, and an additional 10 working days for delivery. When your order is made,  you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email and will be notified when the order has been shipped. If your order has not arrived within the aforementioned guidelines, please contact us and we will do our best to track your order for you.

All orders under the value of £1000 are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed. 

By Johnathon Daniels accepts orders worldwide. However currently, the international countries excluded from this list are:

Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Burma (Myanmar), Democratic Republic of Congo, Egypt, Eritrea, Republic of Guinea (Conakry), Guinea- Bissau, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast, North Korea, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, Ukraine (Crimea/Sebastopol) and Zimbabwe.

We do not currently accept returns for refunds, or exchanges. Due to the nature of the item/s, all sales are final. Please be sure you have carefully read and reviewed your order details prior to finalizing your purchase, including your billing and shipping address, e-mail and telephone number. 

Damaged Items. 

It's unfortunate but If the product/s you purchased arrived to you damaged please contact us and we will do our best to sort the situation out as quickly as possible.
